About Chris

Most people aren’t dealing with random pain.
They’re dealing with patterns.

How they move. How they sit. How they train. How they recover.

This is what I focus on—understanding those patterns and changing them.

A Journey That Changed Everything

I got into this type of work after dealing with my own personal health challenge. Bouts of persistent vertigo that left me searching for answers conventional care couldn’t fully provide.

This experience changed how I see and feel the body. I stopped chasing symptoms and started looking at patterns—how everything connects, adapts, and compensates.

That search led me into functional medicine, movement, and hands-on therapy.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside physical therapists, strength coaches, acupuncturists, and other practitioners. Through that experience, I developed a way of working that blends structure with adaptability—so each session is built around what’s actually happening in front of me.

How I Work

My approach is based on observation, structure, and simplicity.

I look at how different parts of your life and body overlap—movement, posture, stress, sleep, and daily habits—and how they all influence each other.

Whether we’re working through bodywork or coaching, the goal is the same: identify what’s actually the root of the issue and create a clear path forward.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating things.

Most people don’t need more information about what is going on—they need the right structure and a way to actually stick to it.

What I Believe

Health isn’t a destination—it’s a practice we get to develop and change as we evolve.

The body is always communicating what is needs, if we know how to listen, we can respond with the right solutions.

Real change isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about building something that actually works for your life.

And most importantly, I believe we are capable of changing how we feel in our body.

This is where pain gets understood—not just treated.
